Insurance billing, claims, and payment processing are handled through Headway. Headway also provides insurance verification and information about expected costs based on your insurance plan.

Oxford*
Oscar*
*UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, and Oscar are not currently in-network. Credentialing with Optum is in progress, and these plans will be added once in-network status is established.
Insurance coverage and any applicable copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance vary by individual plan. Patients should verify their benefits and coverage with Headway before scheduling an appointment.
Private Pay
Private-pay appointments are also available. Rates vary depending on the type of appointment.
