I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience providing psychiatric care. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University School of Nursing.

I have worked in multiple outpatient private practice settings, as well as a foster care agency and a federally qualified health center. Throughout my career, I have provided psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation to patients across the lifespan and with a broad range of psychiatric conditions.

I take a thorough, individualized approach to psychiatric care, considering each patient’s current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, symptoms, and treatment goals. I use evidence-based practices and provide education about diagnoses and treatment options to help patients understand their care. My approach is supportive, trauma-informed, and focused on developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

My goal is to provide compassionate psychiatric care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood throughout their treatment.
